AI Program for Building Plan Analysis

I am seeking an experienced developer with expertise in AI to build an ai agent that can analyzes pdf building plans and automatically calculates: - Floor plate area on a per floor basis - Ceiling heights if we provide an elevation drawing or if it is noted on the plans - A Summary Report showing all measurements As an alternative: A per floor count of apartments for residential buildings The system should process PDF drawings, identify relevant dimensions and scales, and generate measurement reports in Excel format. Requirements: We are not looking for very accurate calculations they can be plus or minus 10% . We require only a general square footage per floor and cubic footage per floor and apartment counts if this is possible.
