Programmatic Media Trader

Summary

We're a Vancouver-based digital agency taking on a growing book of programmatic campaigns and looking for an experienced programmatic trader for an ongoing, long-term engagement. The work: Build, launch, and manage self-serve programmatic campaigns, primarily on StackAdapt, with some SimpliFi (geofencing for local clients) High volume of small-budget campaigns: think 20-40 local campaigns at $1,000-5,000/month each, not one big account. Display, CTV, audio, DOOH, geo and audience targeting Own pacing, optimization, and budget delivery across the book Produce clean monthly reporting per campaign (we have templates; you fill and flag) Flag underperformers early with a recommended fix, not just a status update You: 2+ years hands-on trading in a DSP. StackAdapt experience is a strong plus, but solid experience on The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar is fine. StackAdapt is quick to learn and we'll expect their certification completed in week one (it's free and fast) Have specifically managed a high volume of small-budget campaigns. This is a different skill than running one large account. Tell us about it in your proposal Experience with local/regional targeting and geofencing Comfortable working white-label: you'll never be client-facing, all communication runs through us, accuracy and deadlines matter because someone else's name is on the work Organized enough to manage 20+ live campaigns without dropping pacing on any of them Available for a quick weekly check-in call (Pacific time zone overlap of at least 2-3 hours) Engagement structure: Starts with a small paid trial project (campaign plan from a brief), then a monthly retainer that grows with the campaign count Long-term: this book is expanding over the next 3-6 months and we want one person who grows with it Monthly retainer or hourly, open to your preferred structure. State your rate and what it includes (e.g., campaigns managed per month) To apply, include in your proposal: Which DSPs you've traded on, and roughly how many campaigns you've had live at once One example of a small-budget local campaign you ran: budget, goal, what you did, what the result was Your rate structure for managing a book of ~20-30 small campaigns/month Proposals that don't answer these three will not be considered.
