Programmer to optimize affiliate program using woocommerce

Summary

I have a website with a store built out selling B2B, we are trying to add an affiliate feature that allows our customers to give out a link that allows for sales to their customers. We need to be able to keep track of who orders and where they got the link so we can pay our customers their commission. The platform is woo commerce. Communication is important! We need to understand what is happening so we can expand the program as we bring on new affiliates. English is our native language.
