Project-Based Content & Kajabi VA

ROJECT RATE: $250 flat TURNAROUND: 5-7 business days per deliverable batch TOOLS: Kajabi, ElevenLabs, CapCut ABOUT THE ROLE I'm looking for a detail-oriented VA to follow a simple, step-by-step process to help me get a short, multi-part mini-course uploaded and launched. This is pure execution and data entry. There is no content creation, strategy, or complex video editing required. I provide all the scripts, templates, music, and materials, and you just put the pieces together. WHAT YOU'LL DO (The Process) Generate Audio: Copy and paste my text scripts into ElevenLabs to create the voiceovers. Make Simple Videos: Drop that audio into CapCut, add the background music (I will provide the music files to you), and turn on auto-captions. Quick Check: Give it a watch to make sure the auto-captions match the spoken words. Upload to Kajabi: Upload the finished files into the correct Kajabi course modules. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Kajabi Experience: You must know your way around the Kajabi backend to upload products and edit basic page templates. Familiarity with ElevenLabs and CapCut. Great attention to detail so nothing is uploaded with typos or out-of-sync audio. Reliable and communicative for the duration of this project. LOGISTICS Fully async and process-oriented. This is a $250 flat-rate project. EST plus or minus 8 hours preferred.
