Project-Based UI/UX Designer for Grand Pioneers Website Redesign We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to collaborate closely with our in-house Brand Designer on the redesign of the official Grand Pioneers website, a premium luxury cruise brand in Halong Bay, Vietnam. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will collaborate with our in-house Brand Designer to translate our established brand identity into a premium digital experience. Responsibilities include: Translate the existing Brand Guideline and creative direction into a cohesive website UI. Refine the website's information architecture and user journeys. Enhance usability while preserving the established visual identity. Create wireframes and user flows where necessary. Design responsive interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Build reusable UI components and Design System in Figma. Create interactive prototypes for key user flows. Prepare developer-ready files and collaborate during handoff. Iterate designs based on creative feedback from the Brand Designer and Marketing team. Deliverables Deliverables may include (depending on the agreed project scope): UX Audit & Recommendations (if applicable) Information Architecture User Flows Wireframes High-fidelity UI Designs (Desktop, Tablet & Mobile) Interactive Prototype Design System & UI Components Developer-ready Figma Files Collaboration The in-house Brand Designer will provide: • Brand Guideline • Creative Direction • Visual Language • Typography System • Color System • Photography Direction • Graphic Elements • Art Direction • Overall Creative Review The freelancer will be responsible for translating these assets into a user-friendly and technically feasible UI/UX solution while maintaining consistency with the established brand identity. What we value The project already has an established brand identity and visual direction. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can build upon these foundations to create an intuitive, elegant, and user-centered digital experience. This project requires close collaboration throughout the design process. Strong communication, openness to feedback, and the ability to work within an established brand system are essential. Please include 3-5 relevant website projects in your proposal. Experience with luxury, hospitality, travel, hotel, resort, or premium lifestyle brands will be highly preferred.
