Project-Based Nonprofit Launch Consultant: U.S.–France Arts Organization

I am developing an international photography and visual-culture organization with a physical exhibition and programming space in France. I am considering a structure involving a New York 501(c)(3) public charity working in coordination with a French association loi 1901. I am seeking an experienced nonprofit consultant to create and manage the formation roadmap, working alongside licensed U.S. and French legal and accounting professionals. The project may include: * Evaluating the proposed U.S.–French organizational structure * Developing a formation and compliance timeline * Preparing a three-year startup and operating budget * Helping define the charitable mission and program model * Developing recommendations for board structure and governance * Identifying related-party and conflict-of-interest safeguards * Separating educational programming, fundraising and commercial activities * Preparing a scope of work for U.S. and French attorneys and accountants * Coordinating documents, responsibilities and deadlines * Advising on fiscal sponsorship while exemption applications are pending Relevant experience should include: * Formation and launch of U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations * Full Form 1023 applications * International programs or foreign grantmaking * Arts, cultural or educational nonprofits * New York nonprofit governance * Founder and related-party transactions * Working effectively with attorneys and accountants Please describe three comparable nonprofit launches you have supported, your precise role in each, and whether you have experience with organizations operating outside the United States.
