Project Brief – Integrate Existing CAD Model into Balcony and Create Photorealistic Visualizations Project Overview I already have a completed CAD model of the planter boxes. I am looking for a 3D visualization artist (architectural visualization / ArchViz) to place the existing CAD model into my balcony and create highly realistic renderings that accurately represent the final result. Scope of Work 1. Import Existing CAD Model I will provide: * CAD model of the planter(s) * Floor plans and dimensions of the balcony * Measurements as needed The planter should be accurately positioned within the balcony according to the floor plans and dimensions. 2. Create the Balcony Scene Build a complete 3D scene of the balcony including: The scene should match the real space as closely as possible. mostly for dimensions purposes. 3. Match to Real Photographs I will provide multiple high-resolution photographs of the actual balcony. The goal is to either: * Composite the 3D planter models directly into the real photographs using camera matching and photomontage techniques. 4. Landscaping Add realistic vegetation including: * Trees * Plants * Soil * Decorative stones or mulch (if required) 5. Final Deliverables Provide: * 6–10 high-resolution (4K+) photorealistic renderings * Multiple viewing angles * Optional short animation or walkthrough *cad files that includes the balcony layout and the palnters. Files I Will Provide * Existing CAD model (STEP/Fusion/SketchUp or similar) * Balcony floor plan * Balcony dimensions * Multiple photographs of the real balcony * Material references * Plant references skill can includes: * Architectural visualization (ArchViz) * Camera matching / photomontage * D5 Render * Twinmotion * Lumion * Enscape * 3ds Max + Corona/V-Ray * Blender + Cycles (also acceptable) Objective The finished images should look like real photographs of the completed balcony, making it possible to evaluate the design before construction.
