Project Coordinator & Customer Service Representative (Remote - US Hours)

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator & Customer Service Representative to support scheduling, customer communication, project tracking, and administrative operations. Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls and emails * Schedule cleaning projects * Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors * Follow up on estimates and proposals * Track project progress and completion * Maintain CRM and customer records * Send invoices and collect required documentation * Handle customer concerns professionally * Provide daily status reports Requirements * Excellent spoken and written English * Strong customer service experience * Experience with scheduling and coordination * Reliable internet and quiet workspace * Proficient with Google Workspace * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Able to work U.S. Central Time hours Preferred * Experience with construction, cleaning, property management, or home services * Experience with Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar software
