Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant

I’m looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to help me build a new food and lifestyle brand from the ground up. This is not a traditional VA role. You’ll be helping coordinate the moving parts of a creative business including photography, design, freelancers, websites, production timelines and research. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing order to creative projects and keeping momentum across multiple workstreams. Initially, this is a part-time freelance role (approximately 8 hours per week for 8 weeks), with the possibility of becoming an ongoing position if we’re a great fit. Responsibilities Examples of tasks include: * Managing project timelines and deadlines * Organising Google Drive folders and documents * Tracking project progress across multiple workstreams * Researching suppliers, printers and manufacturers * Comparing quotes and creating simple comparison tables * Contacting freelancers and following up on emails * Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars * Organising photography and shoot logistics * Maintaining action lists after meetings * Helping keep projects moving forward * Light administrative support * General project coordination This Role Is NOT You won’t be: * Designing * Writing the cookbook * Creating brand strategy * Managing social media * Running customer service Your job is to keep projects organised so I can focus on creative direction and decision-making. Ideal Candidate You’re someone who: * Loves organisation * Is proactive * Notices small details * Communicates clearly * Can work independently * Enjoys creative industries * Is comfortable using Google Workspace * Is happy researching solutions rather than waiting for instructions Experience with creative businesses, publishing, food brands, design studios or startups would be a bonus but isn’t essential. Hours Approximately 8 hours per week. Initial contract: 8 weeks. Potential to continue if the collaboration works well. Please Include 1. A short introduction about yourself. 2.
