Project Coordinator (Interpretation Services) We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, communicates professionally in both English and Spanish, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks at once. As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of our interpretation services, ensuring smooth communication between clients, interpreters, and internal team members while maintaining excellent customer service. You will play a key role in coordinating appointments, supporting clients, and ensuring every project is handled efficiently from start to finish. Responsibilities: Manage interpretation requests from start to finish. Coordinate appointments between clients and interpreters. Provide professional phone and email support. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and monitor interpretation appointments. Communicate with interpreters regarding assignments and availability. Handle contractor payments and maintain accurate payment records. Maintain organized project records and update internal systems. Follow up with clients and interpreters to ensure successful service completion. Resolve scheduling conflicts and urgent requests promptly. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service. Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English. Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Quick learner with strong problem solving skills. Must be available during US business hours. Weekend availability (full time or part time) may be required when needed. Previous experience in project coordination, customer support, scheduling, or virtual assistance is preferred. Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or scheduling tools is a plus.
