Project Coordinator

About the Role G.A.C. Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support two concurrent programs for a federal Crown corporation client in Canada — a multi-wave Policy Refresh program and a ticketing system transformation. This is a part-time remote contract starting June 15, 2026, running approximately 12 months. You'll work directly with the Principal Consultant and own all project governance and coordination — while the Principal will focus on client strategy and stakeholder leadership. What You'll Be Doing Maintaining and updating the MS Project schedule (MPP) and milestone tracker Writing and distributing weekly status reports to client stakeholders Maintaining the RAID log, action log, and all project documentation Coordinating review meetings, taking notes, and following up on to-dos with working teams Managing the SharePoint policy tracker and document filing structure Supporting wave transitions, handoff documentation, and project close-out What We're Looking For 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience Hands-on experience with MS Project (MPP files) — this is a must Strong SharePoint skills for document management and tracking Excellent written English — you'll be writing client-facing communications weekly Comfortable working independently and following up diplomatically with senior stakeholders Nice to Have PMP or CAPM certification To Apply Please include a brief note on your MS Project and SharePoint experience, your hourly rate, and your current availability.
