Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator – Demountable Glass Partition Systems (Remote / Canada preferred) We’re a Canadian manufacturer of premium demountable glass walls, partitions, doors, and hardware serving commercial and institutional projects across Canada and the US. We’re looking for a sharp, organized Project Coordinator to help keep our projects moving smoothly from order to install. What you’ll do: Coordinate project schedules, material lead times, and installation windows Manage client communication, RFIs, change orders, and shop drawing reviews Track jobs in our systems (Odoo / monday.com experience is a strong plus) Liaise between sales, engineering, shop, and field teams Flag issues early and keep everyone aligned What we’re looking for: 2+ years project coordination experience (construction, commercial interiors, or manufacturing preferred) Strong written communication and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and jumping between multiple jobs Experience with glass/partition systems, architectural hardware, or similar is a big plus Details: Remote (Canada preferred) Part-time to full-time depending on workload Ongoing work available for the right person Please include a short note about any relevant project coordination or construction experience when you apply.
