Project Management Roles @ Institute of Project Management

We’re looking for a senior operator to take full ownership of our delivery portfolio. You’ll drive internal coordination, protect commercial outcomes, and ensure that every project - from corporate partnerships to course rollouts - is delivered on time, on spec, and without excuses. This role sits at the centre of our business. You’ll work closely with the CEO, faculty, sales, and operations to translate strategy into execution and hold the team to account along the way. What You’ll Do - Own and run our entire project delivery portfolio (live/on-demand training, partnerships, certification rollouts) - Manage timelines, risks, and expectations — and escalate only when needed - Oversee internal project systems (ClickUp, Monday.com, CRM) and improve how we work - Drive clarity in all client-facing documents: quotes, proposals, delivery plans - Ensure our commercial strategy (especially around partnerships) is clearly communicated - Coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, ops, and faculty - Keep the CEO informed while taking real responsibility for day-to-day execution ✅ What We’re Looking For - 7+ years leading complex projects or programs (bonus if in training or education) - You own outcomes, not just tasks — and don’t need to be told twice - Proven experience running cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders - Strong understanding of commercial logic (pricing, client proposals, partner models) - Fluent in delivery platforms like ClickUp or Monday.com Calm under pressure, detail-focused, and highly accountable 🌟 Bonus Points - Experience in education, training, or certification delivery - Familiarity with CRM, quoting systems, and commercial workflows - Experience scaling PMO or project delivery functions in a growing company

• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Corporate Training – Organising, Pitching & Selling
• - Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of corporate training programmes.
• - Prepare and deliver proposals/pitches to corporate clients and partners.
• - Work with the business development team to secure new contracts and renewals.
• - Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• 2. Development & Improvement of Courses, Trainings & Certifications
• - Collaborate with faculty, consultants, and subject matter experts to refresh and improve course content.
• - Oversee the development of new training programmes and certifications in response to market demand.
• - Maintain the quality and relevance of all offerings in line with industry best practices.
• 3. Management of People & Contractors to Get Results
• - Lead, coordinate, and manage a network of trainers, consultants, and delivery partners.
• - Set performance expectations and monitor delivery quality.
• - Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
• - Optimise resource allocation for maximum efficiency and impact.
