We are looking for an experienced project management systems expert to help us build out and organize a streamlined project management system for our growing sales and marketing agency, The Sales Arms. Our company works with clients across the boutique fitness, wellness, and service-based business industries, and we need a clear system to manage client projects, internal tasks, timelines, communication, deliverables, and team accountability. We are looking for someone who can help us either build from scratch or optimize a project management platform such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Notion, or another recommended system. What We Need Help With: • Creating a clear project management structure for client accounts • Building workflows for onboarding new clients • Organizing tasks, deadlines, recurring responsibilities, and deliverables • Creating templates for repeated processes • Setting up dashboards for visibility across projects • Helping us track sales, marketing tasks, client communication, and team assignments • Creating SOP-style organization so our team knows what to do and when • Recommending the best project management platform based on our needs • Making the system easy for our team to use and maintain Ideal Candidate: • Has experience building project management systems for agencies, sales teams, marketing teams, or small businesses • Understands workflow automation, recurring tasks, templates, and team accountability • Can recommend best practices instead of just taking orders • Is highly organized and detail-oriented • Can simplify complicated processes into an easy-to-use system • Has experience with platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar tools • Can provide examples of systems they have built or optimized About Us: The Sales Arms is an outsourced sales agency that helps boutique fitness and wellness businesses improve their lead follow-up, sales process, client conversion, and customer communication.
