Manage all freelancer data, onboarding, performance, and rehire prioritization. Tasks: Maintain master spreadsheet tracking: freelancer name, hourly rate, hours assigned, payout, project/SOW, PM name, milestone dates, repo names. Onboard new freelancers (access, tools, contract review). Run weekly performance reviews with business owner. Prioritize rehires based on performance score + hourly rate (favor most affordable).
