Summary

We're hiring a Junior Technical Project Manager to coordinate development across our SaaS platform and mobile apps. This role is ideal for someone new to Upwork with a technical background who wants to build credibility while contributing to a live product. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and product leads to keep projects organized, on track, and clearly communicated. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage backlogs and sprints (Jira / Linear / GitHub Projects) 2. Track progress, identify blockers, and provide status updates to stakeholders 3. Coordinate between developers, QA, and designers to ensure timely delivery 4. Review technical specifications and SOWs for clarity and completeness Required Qualifications 1. Familiarity with modern full‑stack development (React/Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, cloud deployment) 2. Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, and tracking tools 3. Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and DevOps concepts
