Sobre el rol: Para DEXA, la empresa española del grupo, buscamos un/a Gerente Administrativo-Financiero con perfil de Project Manager y cerebro contable. La empresa maneja poco volumen de transacciones pero mucho dinero a nivel global, así que necesitamos a alguien ordenado/a, proactivo/a y con criterio sobre los números. Vos tenés que estar detrás de la operación, no al revés. Responsabilidades: 🔹 Ser el/la gerente administrativo/a de la empresa. 🔹 Hacer de intermediario/a entre la dirección y el gestor (equivalente al CPA en España). 🔹 Acceso a bancos y envío a contabilidad para conciliación. 🔹 Ayudar a solicitar préstamos y tarjetas de crédito. 🔹 Preparar las facturas entre Bodegas Vivaldi y DEXA. 🔹 Cargar y mantener la empresa en Odoo. Requisitos: ✔️ Perfil de Project Manager con sólido criterio financiero-contable. ✔️ Mucha proactividad y autonomía (no esperar a que te empujen). ✔️ Orden, confiabilidad y buen manejo de números. ✔️ Manejo de Odoo (deseable) y herramientas administrativas. ✔️ No se requiere inglés. Condiciones: Horario: onboarding ~10 hs/semana, luego ~5 hs/semana (puede crecer a tiempo completo). ¡Postulate y sumate a DEXA! 🚀 ================= ENGLISH ================= Administrative-Financial Manager / Project Manager at DEXA (Spain)! 💻✨ About the Role: For DEXA, the group's Spanish company, we are looking for an Administrative-Financial Manager with a Project Manager profile and a financial brain. The company handles low transaction volume but a lot of money globally, so we need someone organized, proactive, and with good judgment about numbers. You should be on top of operations, not the other way around. Responsibilities: 🔹 Act as the company's administrative manager. 🔹 Serve as liaison between leadership and the "gestor" (Spain's CPA equivalent). 🔹 Bank access and handoff to accounting for reconciliation. 🔹 Help apply for loans and credit cards. 🔹 Prepare invoices between Bodegas Vivaldi and DEXA. 🔹 Set up and maintain the company in Odoo. Requirements: ✔️ Project Manager profile with solid financial/accounting judgment. ✔️ Highly proactive and autonomous (don't wait to be pushed). ✔️ Organized, reliable, comfortable with numbers. ✔️ Odoo (a plus) and admin tools. ✔️ English not required. Conditions: Schedule: onboarding ~10 hrs/week, then ~5 hrs/week (can grow to full-time). Salary: competitive base salary.
