Project Manager – Building Approvals

We are looking for a reliable and organised Project Manager to help with building approval projects. The role includes filling out building application forms, reviewing plans, calling councils to follow up on applications, coordinating with engineers and draftsmen, replying to emails, and keeping projects moving forward. You must have excellent written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, and be confident speaking on the phone. Experience with building approvals, construction, drafting, engineering, or project coordination is preferred.
