Project Manager — DTC Ecommerce Brand (Creative, Dev & Marketing Projects)
Worldwide
Please send a 1-minute Loom video of yourself talking about yourself, so I can check your work environment and English level. APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A LOOM VIDEO WILL BE REJECTED. We're a direct-to-consumer supplement brand running paid traffic into advertorials, VSLs, and sales funnels. We have a lot of moving parts — copywriting, design, video production, paid social, landing pages, and Shopify/funnel development — handled by a mix of in-house and freelance contributors. We need a Project Manager to own all of it: keep every project on schedule, hold contributors accountable, and make sure nothing ships unless it's done to a professional standard. If you're organized to a fault, allergic to missed deadlines, and have run projects for ecommerce brands before, we want to talk. What you'll do Own timelines and deadlines across all marketing, creative, and development projects Coordinate freelancers and contractors — copywriters, designers, video editors, developers, media buyers — and keep everyone aligned Keep work moving from brief to launch: advertorials, landing pages, VSLs, ad creative, and Shopify/funnel builds Build and maintain a clean project management system (boards, workflows, SOPs) Run regular check-ins, track status, and flag blockers early — before they become delays QA deliverables against the brief and brand standard before anything goes live Give the founder clear, concise progress updates so nothing falls through the cracks Required experience Proven project management experience with ecommerce / DTC brands — this is a hard requirement. Track record coordinating remote teams of freelancers across creative, dev, and marketing work Fluent with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, Trello — tell us your stack) Excellent written and spoken English Genuinely proactive, detail-obsessed, and deadline-driven — you chase, you don't wait to be chased Nice to have Experience in the supplement / nutra / health space Familiarity with the work you'll be managing: paid social, funnels, advertorials, VSLs, Shopify Experience building SOPs and onboarding new contractors Comfortable managing distributed teams across time zones Project details Type: Ongoing / part-time, with strong potential for steady long-term work Rate: [your hourly rate or monthly budget] Start: ASAP How to apply Please include the following — applications without these will be skipped: A short summary of an ecommerce brand or project you managed, including the team size and the outcome The project management tool you run and why you prefer it Your availability and time zone Looking forward to seeing your work.
