We're a retention-focused email and SMS marketing agency serving 8-figure DTC brands in beauty, wellness, and supplements. Our model is simple: clients get an entire retention department — strategist, copywriter, designer, and email tech — for less than one senior in-house hire. We don't call ourselves an agency to our clients. We operate like an embedded team. The role We're hiring a Project Manager to own execution across three campaign pods. You'll manage 21–27 client relationships, keep pods organized and on pace, and serve as the operational link between our retention strategists and the teams doing the work. Strategy lives with the retention department. Execution lives with the pods — copywriters, designers, and email techs. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the gap between those two worlds. What you'll own: *Client communication via Slack — keeping 21–27 client relationships informed, responsive, and well-managed *Brief preparation for each pod based on direction from the retention strategist *Meeting coordination and facilitation — internal pod meetings, client-facing calls, and prep sessions with our Head of Retention before every external call *Attending or reviewing recordings of every client meeting (one per client per month) — pulling out action items, creating tasks, and briefing the pod on what was discussed and what the client expects next *Task management in Jerry (our internal PM system) — keeping pods organized, on track, and accountable *Biweekly touchbases with the retention strategist to review upcoming priorities across your pods The following meetings are fixed. Everything else is at your discretion: Mondays: 3 pod meetings · 30 min each Thursdays: 2 pod meetings · 30 min each Daily: 30-min digest with Head of Retention Biweekly — Priority review with retention strategist Monthly — 21–27 client calls · you attend where possible, review all recordings · the Head of Retention runs each call All team and client meetings are mostly scheduled between 3:00–7:00 PM GMT. You need availability during that window. Outside of that, we care about results — not hours at your desk. After a 3-month onboarding period, a performance bonus structure kicks in, giving you the opportunity to earn up to 10% of your base pay each month based on results. Who we're looking for *Strong communicator — clear, professional, and responsive in writing *Organized and reliable — you keep things moving without being chased *Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and client relationships simultaneously *Experience with project management tools *Familiar with marketing deliverables — you don't need to be a copywriter or designer, but you should understand what a campaign brief looks like, what "ready to send" means, and what good creative handoffs feel like *Background in DTC or ecommerce is a plus To apply: Rather than pulling everyone into multiple rounds of interviews, we’re asking a small group of candidates to send over a short video so leadership can quickly get a sense of how you think and communicate. How you make sure a task is fully ready before handing it off 2. A time you managed multiple projects or clients at once, and how you kept everything on track 3. How you handle delays or lack of updates from team members 4. What your ideal weekly workflow looks like as a PM 5. How you keep leadership and teams aligned on progress, blockers, and next steps
