Project Manager / Full-Stack Developer (Client-Facing, Remote)

## Summary / Position Overview We are seeking a Project Manager or Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a remote environment and is comfortable managing projects while working directly with clients through virtual meetings and conference calls. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with customers while ensuring successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via video and conference calls * Lead regular project update meetings, presentations, and status reviews * Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction Project Planning & Execution * Define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client expectations * Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality Team Coordination * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setup * Assign tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate communication across departments * Resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum Risk & Issue Management * Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies * Communicate challenges transparently to clients and stakeholders Reporting & Documentation * Prepare clear project documentation and client-facing reports * Provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and overall project health Required Qualifications We are only considering candidates who meet ALL of the following requirements: * **Full-Stack development or Project Management experience is required** * Native or near-native English speaking ability (must be able to communicate fluently in client-facing meetings) * Strong communication and presentation skills in virtual environments * Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders * Proficiency with tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, and MS Teams * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Professional, reliable, and client-focused mindset --- ## ⚠️ Mandatory Requirement – Loom Video (REQUIRED) To be considered for this role, you **must submit a 1–2 minute Loom video** introducing yourself and explaining your experience. **Applications without a Loom video will NOT be reviewed and will be automatically rejected.** --- ## Work Schedule (NON-NEGOTIABLE) * Candidates who cannot commit to EST working hours should not apply ## Engagement Type * Initial engagement will be **part-time** * Based on performance, communication, and reliability, this role may transition into a **full-time position** * We are looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship --- ## Important Notice * **All payments will be made exclusively through Upwork.** * We do **not process payments outside of Upwork under any circumstances.** * Please **do not contact us directly via email, phone, or any external channels.** * All hiring communication and payments must remain strictly within Upwork. --- ## How to Apply Please include the following in your application: 1.
