Project Manager, Honduras

The Project Manager will lead the day-to-day local implementation of a Campaign in Honduras, serving as the central coordination point between the lead agency/project team, local production and distribution partners, participating businesses and community networks, event suppliers, and other local stakeholders. The role translates the approved campaign strategy and creative materials into an executable production, logistics, distribution, and reporting plan, ensuring all activities are delivered on schedule, on budget, to the required quality, and with sufficient documentation to demonstrate successful deployment. Key Responsibilities •Project Planning & Management •Translate campaign milestones into production, logistics, distribution, and event workstreams. •Maintain the master schedule, deliverables tracker, dependency log, and risk register. •Coordinate internal teams, local agencies, suppliers, distributors, merchants, and other partners. •Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions before they affect delivery. •Maintain documentation and records supporting campaign implementation. •Identify and coordinate qualified local production, logistics, distribution, event, and related vendors. •Support procurement, quotations, negotiations, and vendor selection. •Establish clear scopes, schedules, quantities, specifications, and acceptance criteria for each supplier. Monitor vendor performance against agreed requirements.
