Project Manager Needed for Marketing Agency — Websites, SEO, eCommerce & Client Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help manage marketing projects, coordinate team members, and keep client work moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who has already managed projects for a marketing agency, web design company, SEO team, or digital services business. You should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable keeping multiple projects on track at the same time. About the Role You will be responsible for helping manage day-to-day project flow across website builds, SEO campaigns, eCommerce projects, WordPress updates, marketing tasks, and client deliverables. We need someone who can step in, understand the status of each project, communicate with team members, follow up on outstanding items, and make sure deadlines are not missed. This is not just an admin role. We need someone who understands marketing projects and can help move them forward without needing constant direction. Responsibilities Manage marketing and web projects from start to finish Keep projects organized in Asana Communicate with internal team members through WhatsApp Follow up with designers, developers, writers, SEO specialists, and other contractors Make sure tasks are assigned, updated, and completed on time Track deadlines, project status, blockers, and next steps Help organize website builds, WordPress projects, SEO tasks, eCommerce updates, and marketing campaigns Communicate project updates clearly and professionally Help create structure, checklists, timelines, and task lists Identify when a project is falling behind and help get it back on track Keep leadership informed without needing to be micromanaged Required Experience Please apply only if you have experience managing marketing or digital projects such as: Website design and development projects WordPress builds or website maintenance SEO campaigns eCommerce projects Shopify or WooCommerce projects Content, copywriting, or social media projects Paid ads or general marketing campaigns Client-facing project coordination Tools You Should Know You must be comfortable using: Asana WhatsApp Google Drive / Google Docs Email Basic website and marketing terminology Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Canva, Slack, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is a plus.
