Project Manager & Online Learning Specialist

Project Manager / Online Learning & Policy Specialist – Education Consulting Team We're building a small consulting team for an education development assignment supporting a higher education institution's transition to distance and hybrid learning. We're looking for three complementary roles that can work closely together across the duration of the project. What the team will cover: Project Management – Overall coordination, client liaison, workplan management, quality control, and consolidation of all technical outputs into final deliverables. Experience leading multi-specialist teams in international development or education consulting is essential. Online Learning – Review and adaptation of course materials for distance/hybrid delivery, development of Moodle course shell templates, faculty and student guidance resources, and a quality assurance framework for online course delivery. Strong familiarity with Moodle and online pedagogy standards required. Policy & Planning – Institutional readiness assessment, policy gap analysis, accreditation compliance support, and development of a practical implementation and roll-out plan for the distance education model. Experience with higher education governance and US regional accreditation standards preferred. Candidates who can cover more than one of these areas are especially welcome.
