IT Project Manager – Software Implementation & Telematics

About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software implementation and telematics projects from initiation through successful delivery. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer implementations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your Responsibilities Lead software implementation and IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution. Organize and deliver product workshops and training sessions in collaboration with the sales team. Support testing, analysis, documentation, and project acceptance activities. Present project progress, status updates, and results to customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure successful deployment and adoption of software solutions at customer sites. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related technical field (or an equivalent qualification). Proven experience managing IT projects, software implementations, or IT consulting engagements. Strong understanding of software implementation projects and technical environments. Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills. Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with stakeholders and customers in complex project environments. German language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level (required). Professional English communication skills. Willingness to travel for customer implementations across Germany and Europe.
