Project Manager (US Time Zone | Remote | Part-Time → Full-Time Potential)

This role will support and act as a backup to our current project management operations, helping ensure smooth delivery of client projects across product sourcing and supply chain-related work. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone experienced, structured, and confident managing projects in a fully remote environment. 🌍 Location & Time Zone Must be based in LATAM Must be comfortable working US time zone hours Must have prior experience working remotely in a structured role 💰 Compensation $10 – $13 USD per hour (depending on experience) Upselling commission available Starting at 15 hours per week, with potential to increase over time 📌 Responsibilities 1. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress 2. Guide clients through project stages and deliverables 3. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and status updates 4. Suggest solutions, improvements, and next steps to clients 5. Attend weekly Zoom meetings with clients and internal team 6.Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and project-based contractors to deliver projects on time and achieve desired outcomes. 7. Ensure smooth execution of product sourcing and supply chain-related projects Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on project needs. 🎯 Requirements 1. Proven experience as a Project Manager or Client Success Manager in a remote work environment 2. Background in product sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing coordination 3. Strong understanding or exposure to supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, or product development projects 4. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills 5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail 6. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently 7.
