Project Manager – Web Design Agency (German-speaking, Remote)

Hey there :) We are a growing web design and digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on an ongoing basis. What you'll be doing: You'll be responsible for managing our website projects from kickoff to delivery. This includes leading and coordinating our internal team via Slack, keeping projects on track, and being the main point of contact for our clients throughout the process. Every client is different — some know exactly what they want, others need guidance. You'll need to think creatively when challenges come up and find solutions that work for both the client and the team. What we need: 1. Native or fluent German speaker — this is a hard requirement as most of our clients are German-speaking 2. Proven experience in project management, ideally in a web design or agency environment 3. Solid understanding of WordPress — you don't need to build sites yourself but you need to know how they work 4. Strong communicator — clear, professional and reliable 5. Comfortable working remotely and managing via Slack Nice to have: - Experience working with international or remote teams - Background in digital marketing This is a long-term position with regular workload.
