The Software Product Manager supports the planning, enhancement, and continuous improvement of software products. The ideal candidate must be from Pakistan. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements, prioritize product enhancements, and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Assist in defining the product vision and contribute to the development of the product roadmap aligned with business goals. Support the prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog, including feature requests, bug fixes, and product enhancements. Gather and analyze user feedback, participate in usability testing, and recommend product improvements to enhance user experience. Coordinate communication between business stakeholders and software development teams to ensure project alignment. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancement. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review meetings as required. Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications for new features. Collaborate with UX/UI designers on wireframes, prototypes, and user interface improvements. Assist in defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and user engagement. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's (BSc) or Master's (MSc) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Practical experience in software development with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Approximately 3 years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role within a software development environment. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Working knowledge of product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering work within agreed timelines. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with end users throughout the product lifecycle.
