About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Customer Success Project Manager to support onboarding, operational coordination, and day-to-day client management across a growing portfolio of accounting and financial operations clients. This role is designed for someone who thrives in structure, communication, and follow-through. You will serve as a key operational point of contact between clients and internal team members while ensuring onboarding, recurring workflows, and client deliverables move efficiently and consistently. This is not an administrative assistant role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of processes, manage priorities independently, communicate proactively, and help create operational stability as the company scales. Core Responsibilities * Manage client onboarding from signed agreement through operational kickoff * Coordinate onboarding checklists, documentation, and client access requests * Assist with collecting and organizing financial, corporate, and operational documents * Coordinate recurring client meetings and follow-up communication * Help manage client communication channels including Slack and email workflows * Support internal task coordination and project follow-through * Maintain operational organization across multiple client accounts * Assist with customer success workflows and day-to-day client support * Document and maintain SOPs and internal operational processes * Collaborate closely with leadership to improve systems and workflows * Ensure client requests, updates, and deliverables are tracked and completed on time Ideal Candidate * Extremely organized and detail-oriented * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously * Able to work independently without constant oversight * High sense of urgency and accountability * Professional and client-facing communication style * Strong follow-through and operational consistency * Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly * Able to create structure in fast-moving environments * Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented Preferred Experience * Customer Success * Project Management * Operations Coordination * Client Services * Administrative Operations * Accounting or bookkeeping industry exposure is a plus * Experience with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, CRM systems, or project management software is preferred What Success Looks Like * Clients are onboarded quickly and smoothly * Communication is organized and proactive * Internal workflows stay on track without constant management intervention * Leadership gains operational bandwidth and time back * Client experience remains high-touch and professional as the company scales Compensation & Structure * Remote position * Flexible structure depending on experience and availability * Growth opportunity into larger operational leadership responsibilities as the company expands How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a short introduction outlining your experience in customer success, operations, or project management.
