Project Manager for Dental SaaS

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing Dental SaaS company. Our platform helps dental practice owners understand their business performance through analytics, AI-powered insights, and operational recommendations. We are launching in the UAE market and are looking for someone who can become the main point of contact for our clients. Responsibilities * Manage client relationships from the first contact through onboarding and ongoing support. * Conduct product demonstrations and present the platform to dental clinic owners and managers. * Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into customers. * Coordinate onboarding, data collection, and account setup. * Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and ensure successful implementation. * Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain high customer satisfaction. * Gather product feedback and communicate improvement ideas to the development team. * Coordinate with internal developers to ensure client requests and implementation timelines are met. * Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and project documentation. * Support business development initiatives within the UAE dental market. Requirements * Experience managing projects or client accounts in the dental, healthcare, or SaaS industry. * Strong sales and relationship-building skills. * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. * Comfortable presenting software solutions to business owners. * Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership. * Experience with CRM systems and project management tools. * Knowledge of dental practice operations is a significant advantage. * Experience working with the UAE healthcare or dental market is highly preferred. Compensation This is a long-term remote opportunity with a fixed monthly payment plus performance bonuses based on client acquisition, retention, and successful project delivery.
