Project Manager for Digital Publishing Business

We are a growing digital publishing business in the astrology, spirituality, and personal growth space. Through email marketing, affiliate partnerships, digital products, content marketing, and paid advertising, we help people discover insights around love, relationships, abundance, life purpose, and personal transformation. We're looking for a highly organized, numbers-driven Project Manager to bring structure, accountability, and visibility across the business. This is NOT a VA role. Your job is to make sure projects move forward, KPIs are tracked, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities - Build and maintain KPI dashboards - Track weekly performance metrics across the business - Create and maintain project trackers - Follow up with team members on deadlines and deliverables - Coordinate between content creators, copywriters, media buyers, developers, and affiliate managers - Produce a simple weekly CEO report - Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements - Create SOPs and improve workflows Ideal Candidate - Extremely organized - Strong with Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Jira or similar tools - Comfortable working with numbers and KPIs - Proactive and accountable - Excellent at follow-up - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Bonus: Experience with digital publishing, affiliate marketing, paid traffic, email marketing, ClickBank, or online businesses Please start your application with: "I love dashboards" so I know you've read the full job post.
