Project Manager for Ecommerce Business Operations

JOB POST FOR EUROPEAN CANDIDATES ONLY - NO UK CANDIDATES BEING ACCEPTED About us We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the van signage and vehicle graphics space. We help tradespeople and businesses turn their vans into moving billboards with high-quality, custom signage — and we're scaling quickly. We're a small, ambitious start-up team that moves fast, tries new things, and doesn't stand still. If you want a role where you're one cog in a giant machine, this isn't it. If you want to genuinely make an impact, learn a huge amount, and grow with the business, keep reading. The role This is a hands-on, wear-many-hats role at the heart of the business. You'll be the person who keeps everything on track — from looking after customers on the phone, to managing orders, to coordinating our small remote team so nothing slips through the cracks. You'll be managing and supporting a remote team currently of (this small team can increase with growth): 3-4 graphic designers 1 customer service agent 1 project manager Your job is to keep customer orders moving smoothly from enquiry through to delivery, keep the team organised and on track, and make sure our customers have a brilliant experience at every step. We're not necessarily looking for someone who's done this exact job before. We're looking for someone hungry — someone who works hard, learns fast, and wants to dive deep into the world of online e-commerce and grow into a key member of the team. What you'll be doing - Speaking with customers on the phone who call in to our dedicated support line — answering questions, taking orders, and giving a friendly, helpful experience - On email and social media - Handling customer service enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally - Keeping on top of customer orders and making sure every job stays on track and on time - Coordinating our remote team of designers, customer service and project management to keep work flowing - Staying organised and keeping clear systems so nothing gets missed - Spotting ways to improve how we work and helping the business run more smoothly - Learning the ins and outs of our products, our customers, and the wider e-commerce world What we're looking for A hard worker with a brilliant attitude who's excited to roll up their sleeves Experience isn't essential — attitude, work ethic and organisation matter far more to us. If you're a fast learner who wants to work hard and grow, we want to hear from you. What we offer A fully remote role — work from anywhere in Europe NOT OPEN TO UK EMPLOYEES due to company not having a payroll and PAYE/pension set-up currently £2,500 per month (2,930 EUR) Plus performance bonus after passing probation of 3 months 40 hours per week, full-time and permanent The chance to get in early with a fast-growing start-up and grow as we grow Real responsibility and the freedom to make an impact from day one A supportive team that will back you as you learn new skills Highly organised, with the ability to juggle lots of moving parts and stay on top of detail A confident, friendly communicator who's comfortable on the phone and enjoys helping customers Self-motivated and able to work independently — you don't need someone standing over your shoulder Eager to learn new skills and genuinely curious about e-commerce and how online businesses grow Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up where things change quickly Reliable, with a solid home working setup and a quiet space to take calls To apply, we'd love to see a bit of your personality — so send over your CV if you have one, but more importantly please record a short Loom video (under 4 minutes) and send it to me on messages. In your video, please answer these three questions: (1) What previous experience do you have that will help you excel here? (2) What is it about your personality that makes you well suited to this role? (3) As a quick live task, imagine you've just picked up the phone to an unhappy customer whose van signage arrived with the wrong colour — talk us through, or act out, how you'd handle that call. Don't worry about it being polished — we just want to get a feel for who you are, so keep it natural and be yourself. Excited to meet you! Benefits: Work from home Work Location: Remote
