Project Manager for an International Exhibition Project

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a large-scale international exhibition project. Project dates: July 29 to September 3, 2026 Format: Remote, short-term contract The project includes multimedia content production, interactive installations, software development, and coordination between creative and technical teams. Responsibilities Manage the overall production schedule and daily project progress. Coordinate communication between the client, creative team, developers, and technical specialists. Track tasks, deliverables, approvals, deadlines, and project milestones. Organize meetings, document decisions, prepare follow-up notes, and monitor action items. Maintain clear project documentation in Notion, Figma, and shared storage. Identify production risks, dependencies, and potential delays. Support content integration, final delivery, installation, and exhibition operations remotely when required. Requirements Proven experience managing creative, multimedia, exhibition, event, or digital production projects. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating distributed multidisciplinary teams. Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage several parallel workstreams. Confident working knowledge of Notion and Figma, including Figma Design and FigJam. Experience with LED installations, interactive systems, AV production, motion graphics, or software development workflows will be a strong advantage.
