Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large marketing update across multiple deliverables. This role involves tracking individual marketing pieces through the update process, coordinating reviews and proofing, and ensuring all materials are approved and ready for on-time redeployment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex tracking spreadsheets with many moving parts. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping projects on schedule is required. Marketing or agency project management experience is preferred.
