Project Manager for Shopify Agency

Binary Future is looking for a Project Manager (LATAM) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead eCommerce projects through all stages, coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and help us deliver high-quality results with transparency, speed, and business impact. Key responsibilities: -Lead eCommerce projects through all stages of the software development life cycle -Drive Agile processes and continuously improve delivery -Manage scope changes, risks, dependencies, and priorities -Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders -Ensure transparency across project execution, timelines, and expectations -Prepare updates and support data-driven management decisions -Coordinate developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders -Promote a culture of ownership, speed, and client business impact About you: 1.5+ years of experience managing software development projects Proven experience in eCommerce project management Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Confident in risk management, roadmap planning, and execution Solid understanding of Agile methodologies Familiarity with change management frameworks, such as ADKAR or similar Hands-on experience with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Calendly Upper-Intermediate+ English, both written and spoken 💡 Nice to have: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms Experience working with international clients Understanding of outsourcing / agency delivery processes ⭐️ What we offer: Training and mentorship to boost your PM skills Remote work and flexible working hours Paid vacation and sick leave Supportive team and career growth opportunities Competitive compensation International eCommerce projects Collaborative and transparent team culture 📍 Location: Latin America, remote
