Project Manager for Shopify E-commerce Agency (ClickUp / Client Delivery)

We're a Shopify-focused agency delivering website redesign and growth projects for 7- and 8-figure DTC brands. We're hiring a Project Manager to own our delivery machine — turning strategy and client requests into organized, on-time work across our design and development team. This is a delivery-focused PM role. Our founder owns sales and strategy, and our Client Success Manager owns the client relationship. You own everything in between: scoping tasks, assigning them, chasing follow-ups, protecting timelines, and making sure nothing slips. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own ClickUp as our single source of truth. Every task has an owner, a due date, a priority, and a clear definition of done. - Translate briefs and client feedback into clear, well-scoped tasks (we use a user-story ticket format) and assign them to the right designer or developer. - Run daily standups, manage capacity and timelines across several client projects at once, and keep every task's status current. - Own follow-up. You chase the team, unblock work, and make sure deliverables ship on schedule. - Coordinate QA and hand-offs across the strategy → design → development → launch pipeline. - Flag risks early and keep every project moving without dropping details. YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU - Have run projects at an agency or in e-commerce/DTC (Shopify context is a big plus). - Live in ClickUp (or Asana/Monday/Jira and can switch fast) and are obsessive about task hygiene. - Are an organized, proactive communicator in clear written English who follows up relentlessly. - Can work with an offshore team and overlap with US-Eastern morning hours. - Understand web design and development delivery well enough to scope and sequence work — you don't need to design or code yourself. NICE TO HAVE - Shopify / DTC agency experience. - Familiarity with Figma, Slack, Google Workspace, Loom, and Fireflies. COMPENSATION - Monthly retainer, up to $2,000/month, ramping over your first 60 days as you take on full ownership of delivery. - Performance bonuses included in the $2,000. - Full-time, long-term — this is a core seat on our team, not a one-off project.
