Project Manager for Team Transition

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist OCOA (ocoabeauty.com) in transitioning our team, agencies, and workflows onto a new platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to effectively coordinate and manage the transition process. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. Key Responsibilities: monday.com Architecture: Build out and optimize our monday.com workspace, including boards for product launches, marketing campaigns, agency deliverables, and daily operations. Include all channel operations Amazon Ulta Shopify & Wholesale Tik Tok Meeting Management: Prepare agendas for, facilitate, and document action items during weekly team and agency alignment calls. Task & Accountability Tracking: Actively monitor pending tasks, follow up with team members/agencies daily, and ensure deadlines are met. SOP & Role Documentation: Partner with founders to map out, organize, and store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job descriptions within monday.com or a centralized wiki. Reporting: Provide weekly status updates to founders on "who is doing what" and highlight any bottlenecked projects. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the e-commerce/beauty space (preferred). Expert-level knowledge of monday.com (automations, dashboards, views). Monday.com or Asana experience preferred High assertiveness—you are comfortable holding external agencies and internal team members accountable to deadlines. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Bilingual preferred (english and spanish)
