Project Manager for Web Design Agency

Summary Shto Designs (shtodesigns.com) is a website design agency looking for an experienced Project Manager to keep our projects running smoothly and our clients happy. You'll be the central point of contact between clients and our internal team of designers and developers. Responsibilities: - Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time - Assign tasks to the appropriate designers and developers based on project needs - Collect, organize, and communicate client feedback to the team - Quality test all work before it goes to the client, catching issues before they do - Keep the Notion project board up to date at all times - Maintain client dashboards so clients always know project status - Respond promptly to client communications and occasionally jump on calls when needed - Proactively flag any risks or delays before they become problems What we're looking for: - Availability to work in U.S time zones (preferably EST) - Strong responsiveness and commitment - Strong communication skills, you're happy, kind, and personable - A sharp eye for quality, reviewing work thoroughly before it reaches the client - Flexible availability to accommodate clients across multiple time zones - Comfortable using Notion and project management tools - Highly organized - Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously If you're interested, please send a 1min introductory video explaining why you're a perfect fit!
