Project Manager for Website Design & Marketing Agency

We're a digital marketing agency working with UK service businesses. We're growing our client delivery team and looking for a Digital Account Manager to manage client relationships and communication, you will essentially be relaying information from our Web Developer, SEO or Google Ads team directly to the client and ensuring they are updated throughout the process. This role is about keeping clients informed, confident, and getting results. You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, running regular calls, reporting on performance, and making sure work is delivered on time from the fulfilment team and to a high standard. What you'll do - Manage a portfolio of clients - Schedule regular client calls - reporting on performance, explaining results, and setting expectations - Coordinate with our in-house SEO and Google Ads delivery team to keep campaigns on track - Translate technical work into clear, plain-English updates clients understand - Spot opportunities to grow accounts and improve results - Handle day-to-day client questions and keep relationships strong What we're looking for - **Fluent English speaker** — clear written and spoken communication is essential - **Confident on calls** — comfortable leading client conversations, presenting results, and handling questions - **Knowledge** in a similar account management role (ideally with SEO and Google Ads clients) - A solid understanding of how SEO and Google Ads campaigns work and how to talk about them - Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple accounts at once - **A strong, stable internet connection** — this is non-negotiable for client calls and remote working ## Nice to have - Previous agency experience - Familiarity with reporting tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads and campaign dashboards - Experience growing or retaining accounts long term ## Why join us - Work with a focused, growing agency that values quality delivery - Clear processes and a supportive team behind you - A role where strong client management is genuinely recognised Depending on your experience, we will arrange a fixed monthly salary. **To apply:** Send a short Loom recording of your relevant experience.
