We are looking for a sharp, part-time Program Owner / Project Manager who is obsessed with AI efficiency, excels at client-facing communication, and wants to take full ownership of client accounts. What You’ll Do Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing expectations and ensuring delivery excellence. AI-First Project Management: Oversee the software development lifecycle using modern AI tools and methodologies to maximize team velocity. Scope & Strategy: Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements for our engineering teams. Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between clients and developers, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff to deployment. What We’re Looking For AI Fluency: You don't just know what ChatGPT is; you natively use AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants, prompt engineering, automation) to supercharge your daily PM workflow. Client-Facing Excellence: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal). You can translate complex technical AI concepts into simple business value for clients. Agile/Software PM Experience: Proven track record managing software development projects, ideally in an agency or fast-paced startup environment. Extreme Ownership: A self-starter mindset. You don't wait for instructions—you anticipate bottlenecks and drive projects forward. Project Details Commitment: Part-time (approx. 15–25 hours/week to start, with potential to scale).
