Project Manager | Remote | Multi-Client Operations | AI & Automation Focus Remotual is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced remote environment. We need someone who builds structure, improves processes, and drives operational excellence. What You’ll Do • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously • Coordinate teams and delegate effectively • Implement and optimize workflows in PM tools • Use AI and automation to reduce manual work • Maintain clear client communication and ensure delivery quality Requirements - 3+ years project management experience - Multi-client portfolio management REQUIRED - Advanced experience with PM tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana) - Strong AI and automation mindset - Experience leading teams of 5+ people - CST timezone overlap required - Legal industry experience is a strong plus Mandatory Screening Question To be considered, include this in your proposal: 👉 You manage 6 clients and lead a team of 10.
