About Raising Well Raising Well is a parent-education health brand founded by Dr. Michael Milobsky, a board-certified pediatrician with 26 years of experience. Through live ADHD masterclasses, free action-plan guides, the Your Kids Will Be Fine podcast, and a fast-growing social presence, we help parents support their kids with clarity instead of overwhelm. We're a lean, high-output team that ships fast and lives by the numbers. Position Summary The Operations Manager is the operational backbone of our marketing engine. This role owns the systems, timelines, and data that turn content and campaigns into measurable growth — ensuring every launch, webinar, email sequence, and ad campaign ships on time, runs smoothly, and gets measured honestly. The ideal candidate is equal parts project manager and analyst: obsessive about keeping work on track, and equally obsessive about knowing whether it actually worked. Key Responsibilities Project & Campaign Management Own the marketing calendar and run every launch, masterclass, and campaign end-to-end — timelines, owners, and deadlines. Break large launches into milestones and tasks; keep contractors, creators, and internal team members aligned and unblocked. Administer a project management tool (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or Notion) as the single source of truth. Coordinate live events and webinars, including registration flows, reminder sequences, tech checks, and day-of execution. Identify bottlenecks early and continuously tighten processes and SOPs. Analytics & Tracking Build and maintain dashboards tracking registrations, show-up rates, conversion, CAC, ROAS, email performance, and funnel drop-off. Set up and QA tracking infrastructure — pixels, UTMs, conversion events, and attribution. Analyze campaign and funnel performance and translate findings into clear recommendations. Deliver regular reporting to leadership in plain language. Design, run, and measure A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and email. Marketing Operations Own and optimize the marketing tech stack — email/CRM, landing page builder, ad platforms, and automations — and keep them integrated. Build and maintain email and funnel automations that nurture leads from free guide to masterclass to offer. Keep audiences, lists, and data clean, segmented, and compliant. Required Qualifications 3+ years in operations, growth, or a project-management-heavy role — ideally in DTC, digital products, online education, courses/coaching, or health/wellness. Demonstrated ability to keep complex, multi-party launches on schedule. Strong analytical skills and fluency in core marketing metrics. Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Meta/ad platform reporting, spreadsheets/dashboards). Proficiency with email/CRM and funnel platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, ConvertKit, or similar). Experience running live-event and webinar logistics. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed in a remote environment. Clear communicator who can translate data into decisions for a non-technical team.
