Summary

ENET is seeking an experienced development team to build an internal web application for managing project and update requests across eight departments. The system replaces informal email-based workflows with a structured, transparent, audit-tracked platform that gives every stakeholder visibility into where requests stand and what action is needed. A fully designed React prototype is available demonstrating the complete user interface, workflow logic, and approval chains. The vendor's role is to convert this prototype into a production-ready application with a real database, authentication, email notifications, and deployment.
