Project: Train Our AI Agent to Run an Affiliate Marketing Operation (Fixed-Price)

Project Overview We run businesses operated largely by AI agents. Your job in this project is to transfer your affiliate marketing expertise into our AI agent through written SOPs, worked examples, and structured feedback rounds, until the agent produces work that passes your own standards. Payment is released per milestone when the deliverables below are met. You must have 2+ years of hands-on affiliate experience with real commissions earned (networks such as Amazon Associates, Impact, ShareASale, ClickBank, CJ, Involve Asia, or Shopee/Lazada programs), at least one proven traffic channel, and excellent written English. Deliverables & Milestones Milestone 1 — SOP Package (20% of project fee) Written in English, in Markdown or Google Docs, detailed enough that a person with zero affiliate experience could follow them: Offer evaluation SOP — a scoring rubric with criteria, weights, and go/no-go thresholds for choosing offers/networks Channel playbook — your strongest traffic channel, documented from zero to first commissions with concrete steps and timelines Content SOPs — templates and rules for the three core formats (product review, comparison, roundup), incl. structure, length, and conversion elements Tracking SOP — link management, UTM conventions, the weekly metrics to check (EPC, CTR, conversion), and what decision each metric drives Compliance checklist — pass/fail checklist covering disclosure requirements and the network/platform rules that get accounts banned Accepted when: all 5 documents are delivered, each step is executable without asking you follow-up questions, and one revision round is completed. Milestone 2 — Worked Examples (30% of project fee) 3 complete offer evaluations of currently live offers, produced by following your own Milestone 1 rubric 2 full example content pieces (e.g., one comparison article, one short-form video script) written by you to your own SOP, annotated to show which rule each section fulfills 1 before/after edit: we give you an AI-drafted article; you return the corrected version with notes on every change Accepted when: the evaluations were demonstrably produced by your own rubric and all annotations reference specific SOP rules. Milestone 3 — Agent Training & Validation (50% of project fee) 3 feedback rounds: we give you 5 agent-produced content pieces + agent offer picks per round; you return written corrections referencing your SOPs, and we update the agent between rounds Final validation: in a last batch of 5 agent content pieces, all 5 must pass your compliance checklist and at least 4 must pass your quality standards without corrections Accepted when: all 3 rounds are documented in writing and the final batch reaches the pass criteria. If the agent fails, one additional feedback round is included in the fee. Terms Fixed price, paid via Upwork milestones as listed above All deliverables become our property upon payment (work for hire); you must not reuse or resell them One revision round per deliverable is included Strong performance may lead to ongoing paid retainer work maintaining and improving the agent Application Questionnaire (required — applications without it are rejected) 1) Describe your best affiliate result to date: the offer/network, your traffic channel, what you did, and the outcome (ranges are fine, but be specific about your role). 2) How do you evaluate whether an affiliate offer is worth promoting? List your criteria in order of importance. 3) Pick the traffic channel you know best. Summarize your playbook from zero to first commissions in 8–12 lines. 4) Give one example of an affiliate practice that is common but violates network rules or disclosure requirements — and what you do instead. 5) Have you written SOPs or training documents before? Attach or link a sample if possible. 6) Imagine you must teach a very literal-minded new employee to write a product comparison article that converts. Write the exact instructions you would give them (5–10 lines).
