Project: Train Our AI Agent to Run a Print on Demand Business (Fixed- Price)

Project Overview We run businesses operated largely by AI agents. Your job in this project is not to run a POD store — it is to transfer your POD expertise into our AI agent through written SOPs, worked examples, and structured feedback rounds, until the agent produces work that passes your own quality standards. Payment is released per milestone when the deliverables below are met. You must have real POD experience (2+ years running stores on Etsy, Amazon Merch, Shopify, or TikTok Shop; supplier stack like Printify/Printful/Gelato; niche research tools like eRank/EverBee) and excellent written English. Deliverables & Milestones Milestone 1 — SOP Package (20% of project fee) Written in English, in Markdown or Google Docs, detailed enough that a person with zero POD experience could follow them: Niche research SOP — step-by-step process incl. exact tools, what to look for, and go/no-go criteria Listing creation SOP — titles, tags, descriptions, pricing logic, with rules (not vague advice) Design brief SOP — how to turn a niche into concrete design instructions an AI image tool can execute IP/trademark screening checklist — a pass/fail checklist that catches suspension-risk designs before publishing Fulfillment & store setup SOP — supplier selection, product/variant setup, shipping and pricing configuration Accepted when: all 5 documents are delivered, each step is executable without asking you follow-up questions, and one revision round is completed. Milestone 2 — Worked Examples (30% of project fee) 3 complete niche research reports produced by following your own Milestone 1 SOP (so we can verify the SOP actually works) 10 annotated example listings — 5 good and 5 bad, each with written notes explaining exactly what makes them good or bad Accepted when: the 3 reports were demonstrably produced by your own SOP, and annotations state specific reasons (not "this one is better"). Milestone 3 — Agent Training & Validation (50% of project fee) 3 feedback rounds: we give you 10 agent-created listings + design briefs per round; you return written corrections referencing your SOPs and checklists, and we update the agent between rounds Final validation: in a last batch of 10 agent-created listings, at least 8 must pass your own IP checklist and quality standards without corrections Accepted when: all 3 rounds are documented in writing and the final batch reaches the 8/10 pass rate. If the agent fails, one additional feedback round is included in the fee. Terms Fixed price, paid via Upwork milestones as listed above All deliverables become our property upon payment (work for hire); you must not reuse or resell them One revision round per deliverable is included Strong performance may lead to ongoing paid retainer work maintaining and improving the agent Application Questionnaire (required — applications without it are rejected) 1) Describe the most successful POD store you've worked on: platform, niche, your role, and results (ranges are fine, but be specific about what YOU did). 2) Walk us through your niche research process step by step, naming the exact tools you use at each step. 3) A design idea references a popular sports team's colors and city name but not its logo. Do you publish it? Explain your reasoning. 4) Have you ever had a POD account suspended or a listing taken down? What happened and what did you change afterward? 5) Have you written SOPs or training documents before? Attach or link a sample if possible. 6) Imagine you must teach a very literal-minded new employee to write Etsy listing titles. Write the exact instructions you would give them (5–10 lines).
