MS Project Tutor Needed

Microsoft Project Tutor / Project Scheduler Needed (Flexible, Ongoing Support) I am looking for an experienced Microsoft Project user who can teach and mentor me while I work on real construction project schedules. I currently use Microsoft Project in my job, but I want to develop a much deeper understanding of both the software and professional project scheduling methods. I am not looking for someone to simply complete tasks for me. I am looking for someone who can explain concepts clearly, answer my questions, review my work, and help me become confident using Microsoft Project independently. Areas I would like support with: * Creating and structuring project schedules * Task dependencies and relationships (FS, SS, FF, SF) * Critical Path and float * Creating and managing baselines * Updating progress and tracking delays * Milestones and reporting * Resource planning * Construction project scheduling best practices * Reviewing and improving existing schedules * General project controls concepts Sessions would be conducted online using screen sharing (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet). About me: * I work as a Project Manager/Scheduler in the construction industry. * I use Microsoft Project regularly but want to improve my skills to a professional level. * English is my preferred language. * I prefer practical, real-world explanations rather than only theoretical training. The ideal person: * Strong practical experience with Microsoft Project * Experience as a Project Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or Project Controls Engineer * Construction industry experience is highly preferred * Patient and able to explain complex topics in a simple way * Good English communication skills * Enjoys teaching and mentoring Work arrangement: This is not a full-time position. I am looking for flexible, occasional support (for example 1–2 hours when needed), with the possibility of ongoing cooperation if it is a good fit. Budget: My preferred budget is approximately $12-30 USD/hour depending on experience and expertise. I am looking for someone who provides good value: experienced enough to teach professionally, but not a high-cost consultant.
