Project and transaction coordinator

Hello I am Daniel from Dana Dairy, I would like to hire a staff in Dominican with below JD Project & Transaction Coordinator – Dominican Republic Purpose of the Role: Dana Dairy is seeking an experienced Project & Transaction Coordinator to manage and coordinate customer orders processed through Inversions Arden in the Dominican Republic. The role is responsible for ensuring that all parties involved execute their responsibilities on time and that transactions move smoothly from order confirmation through production, export, and delivery. This is a hands-on execution role, not an administrative position. The successful candidate must have previous experience coordinating manufacturing, co-packing, export, logistics, and customer projects involving multiple stakeholders. Main Responsibilities • Act as the primary coordination point between Dana Dairy, Inversions Arden, customers, production teams, packaging suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies. • Drive each transaction from order confirmation to final delivery and ensure agreed timelines are met. • Follow up daily with all parties to ensure actions are completed without delay. • Coordinate customer artwork development, approvals, packaging requirements, and production schedules. • Monitor advance and balance payments and ensure all payment milestones are achieved on time. • Coordinate cargo arrivals, repacking operations, production activities, export documentation, container loading, and shipment dispatch. • Identify risks, delays, bottlenecks, or problems early and take ownership of resolving them. • Maintain detailed status updates and ensure Dana Dairy management is informed of progress and issues requiring attention. • Ensure all customer requirements, commercial agreements, and operational procedures are correctly implemented. • Protect Dana Dairy's commercial interests and customer relationships throughout the transaction process. Required Experience • Minimum 5 years' experience in food manufacturing, dairy, FMCG, co-packing, export operations, supply chain, or project coordination. • Proven experience coordinating multiple parties in international trade transactions. • Strong understanding of production planning, packaging, export documentation, logistics, and customer project management. • Experience working with factories, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers. • Fluent in English and Spanish.
