About Us We run an online course that helps Model United Nations (MUN) students sharpen their public speaking, negotiation, and resolution-writing skills so they walk into any conference with confidence. We're growing fast and need someone to open the door to MUN clubs and schools worldwide — and help us look great while doing it. We work AI-first, so you'll be expected to use AI tools to move faster and do more. The Role You'll own the top of the funnel: finding MUN clubs, school programs, and the people who run them, reaching out to spark interest, and driving them to our online course. You'll also wear a marketing hat — creating the content and campaigns that warm up those leads and grow our brand. Throughout, you'll lean heavily on AI tools to research faster, write better, and scale your output. This is a hands-on, do-it-all role for someone who loves outreach, marketing, and using AI to punch above their weight. What You'll Do Lead Generation / Outreach Build target lists of MUN clubs, conferences, advisors, teachers, and school administrators across target regions — using AI tools to speed up research and enrichment. Research contacts and find decision-makers via LinkedIn, school directories, MUN conference sites, and AI-assisted prospecting. Run multi-channel outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and DMs. Use AI to draft and personalize short, compelling messages that get clicks and replies. Drive traffic to the course landing page, free preview, and demo. Track and report outreach activity, reply rates, and qualified leads. Marketing Create content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) aimed at MUN students and advisors, using AI for ideation, copy, and creative. Run social accounts — posting, engaging with the MUN community, and growing our following. Support email marketing — newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns. Help with landing pages and ad copy to convert traffic into sign-ups. Assist with light design and video using AI tools (e.g., Canva AI, image/video generators). Test and iterate on messaging, creative, and campaigns to improve results. What We're Looking For Experience in lead generation, SDR/BDR, or cold outreach (B2B or education a plus). Experience in digital marketing — social media, content, and/or email. Strong, practical AI skills — you actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others in your daily work, and you're eager to learn more. Excellent written English and a knack for short, persuasive copy (and for editing AI output so it sounds human). Organized, self-directed, and metrics-driven. Nice to Have An education background is a big plus — teaching, tutoring, school administration, MUN/debate coaching, or similar. You'll understand our audience from the inside. WordPress experience is a plus — comfortable updating pages, posts, and basic site content. Existing knowledge of the MUN ecosystem (conferences, clubs, advisor networks). Experience marketing or selling online courses / edtech. Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations
