Project manager iGaming

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of gaming products and coordinate cross-functional teams from concept to release. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient processes, maintaining high quality standards, and driving projects to successful delivery. Responsibilities • Manage projects throughout the entire development lifecycle • Review, analyze, and approve project documentation • Plan project execution and define work breakdown before development starts • Coordinate developers, designers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders • Organize and supervise testing activities throughout development • Ensure high implementation standards and product quality • Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables • Work with CRM and project management systems • Lead iterative development processes and continuously improve project outcomes • Take ownership of project execution and delivery quality Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager in software, game development, or related industries • Strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously • Excellent attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Experience in Game Development or iGaming is a strong advantage What We Offer • Long-term full-time collaboration • Opportunity to work on multiple active products simultaneously • Direct impact on the quality and success of released products • Collaboration with experienced development teams • Performance-based compensation with significant earning potential Engagement Details • Full-time position • Managing 3–5 projects simultaneously • Combined project budgets ranging from $30,000 to $80,000 per month • Compensation: 5% of each project’s budget We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager who can establish efficient workflows, maintain high quality standards, and help teams deliver exceptional products.
