As our Lead Technical Project Manager, your success will be measured by the following core deliverables during the first phase: * Product Requirements Document (PRD): Translating the industrial manufacturing workflow (CAD models TO engineering department TO methodes engineering TO (process planning) To production workshops of molds and the customized parts TO start contract manufacturing or outsourcing and finally assembly and quality control and packaging ) into precise technical specifications. * Sprint Backlog & Architecture Roadmap: A fully mapped-out feature backlog in Jira/Asana, tracking the integration of the UI/UX, AI, and Cybersecurity tracks. * Hiring & Vetting Framework: Collaborating with ownership to define technical screening questions for the upcoming UI/UX and full-stack developer hires. * Weekly Milestones: Ensuring the engineering team meets weekly development sprints, keeping the MVP launch strictly on schedule.
